UT Board of Trustees Holds Committee Meeting and a Workshop Nov. 18, 2015 in Franklin

KNOXVILLE—The University of Tennessee Board of Trustees’ Executive and Compensation Committee will meet Nov. 18 at 8 a.m. CST at the Drury Plaza Inn in Franklin.

Agenda items for the committee meeting are:

• Approval of minutes of the last meeting; and
• Amendment of the UT-UTRF agreement for development management services related to the Cherokee Farm Innovation Campus.

If necessary for a quorum, one or more committee members will be allowed to participate by telephone.

Following the committee meeting, trustees will participate in a day-long workshop focusing on implementation strategies of the president’s Budget Advisory Group for closing UT’s funding gap.
