UT Board of Trustees Executive and Compensation Committee Meeting Rescheduled for June 8, 2015

KNOXVILLE – The University of Tennessee Board of Trustees Executive and Compensation Committee will meet Monday, June 8, in Nashville.

The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. CDT in the offices of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, 1600 Division Street, Suite 700. The meeting was originally scheduled for May 19 but was postponed when a quorum of the committee could not attend. Committee members will be permitted to participate in the meeting by telephone.

Agenda items include:

• President’s report
• Authorization for the vice chair to make committee and committee chair appointments if needed before the annual meeting
• Performance-based variable compensation plan for University officers
• Expedited tenure review for a UTHSC faculty member
• Suggestions for workshop topics
