UT Board of Trustees Executive and Compensation Committee Meets Aug. 19

KNOXVILLE – The University of Tennessee Board of Trustees Executive and Compensation Committee will meet Wednesday, Aug. 19, in Nashville.

The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. CDT in the offices of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, 1600 Division Street, Suite 700. Committee members will be permitted to participate in the meeting by telephone.

Agenda items include:

• President’s Report
• Review of 2012-2015 performance and retention plan data
• Performance-based 2015-16 variable compensation plan for University officers
