UT Board of Trustees Audit Committee Meets Aug. 24 in Nashville

KNOXVILLE – The University of Tennessee Board of Trustees Audit Committee will meet Monday, Aug. 24, in Nashville.

The Audit Committee meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m. CDT in the offices of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, 1600 Division Street, Suite 700. Committee members will be permitted to participate in the meeting by telephone.

Agenda items include:

• Information technology update
• Institutional compliance
• 2015 audit plan update
• Internal audit self-assessment
• Audit and compliance staffing
• External audit report
• Travel exception report
