UT Board Committees to Meet June 8

KNOXVILLE – A University of Tennessee Board of Trustees committee and two subcommittees are scheduled to meet June 8.

The meeting of the Subcommittee on Community and Alumni Relations will begin at 3 p.m. EDT/ 2 p.m. CDT with members participating by videoconference originating from the 7th floor conference room of Andy Holt Tower on the UT Knoxville campus.

The joint meeting of the University Life Committee and the Subcommittee on Nonacademic Programs will begin at 4 p.m. EDT/3 p.m. CDT with members participating by videoconference also originating from the 7th floor conference room of Andy Holt Tower.

The Subcommittee on Community and Alumni Relations will hear a report on alumni engagement and a proposal related to the subcommittee’s responsibilities with respect to community relations.

In the joint meeting of University Life and Nonacademic Programs, members will hear a presentation on student, faculty and staff diversity data and a report from the special adviser to UT president on diversity and inclusion.
