UT Board Committee to Meet Sept. 27

KNOXVILLE – The University of Tennessee Board of Trustees Audit and Compliance Committee is scheduled to meet Sept. 27.

The meeting will begin at 2 p.m. EDT/1 p.m. CDT in the 4th floor conference room of the County Technical Advisory Service, Capitol Boulevard Building, 226 Anne Dallas Dudley Blvd., in Nashville. Members of the committee unable to be present in person will be allowed to participate by telephone.

Items on the agenda of the public session are:

• Audit and Compliance Committee charter-action item
• Audit and Compliance orientation
• 2018 audit plan update
• Outstanding audit issues
• Travel exception report

Following the public session, the committee will convene in a nonpublic, executive session pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated § 4-35-108, to review investigations.
