PUBLIC NOTICE: UT Board of Trustees Executive Committee to Hold Special Meeting on Nov. 20

KNOXVILLE —A special meeting of the Executive Committee of the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees will be held at 8 a.m. EST/7 a.m. CST on Nov. 20 with members participating virtually.

Action items include:

• Approval of chancellor search processes, timelines and statements of qualifications for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and University of Tennessee Southern
• Approval of title, compensation and other terms of employment of a former officer

The meeting will be webcast live and archived for later viewing; a link to the webcast will be available at tennessee.edu. The agenda has been posted to the Board website and the meeting materials will be made available in advance of the meeting at: https://trustees.tennessee.edu/.
