University of Tennessee Welcomes Four New Members to Board of Trustees

Four executives representing various industries across the state have been appointed to the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees. The new trustees are Shannon Brown, Bill Evans, Rhedona Rose and Julia Wells, as announced by Gov. Haslam today. The new trustees attended Wednesday’s board workshop.

UT Office of Government Relations and Advocacy Makes New Hire, Staff Changes

Valerie Yancey, a 27-year veteran in Tennessee state government, has been named associate director for health sciences in the University of Tennessee System Office of Government Relations and Advocacy, and Carey Whitworth, who oversees UT Advocacy, has been named associate director for advocacy.
