Financial expert and experienced higher education leader David Miller has been selected as the next chief financial officer of the University of Tennessee System. UT System President Joe DiPietro will recommend Miller’s election to the position by the UT Board of Trustees during its Oct. 13-14 meeting in Knoxville.

Three finance and business executives with extensive experience in higher education have been named finalists for the University of Tennessee System chief financial officer position.
The search for the next chancellor of the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture began today with the first meeting of the search committee. Nominations are being sought and a timeline has been set to have the new chancellor in place during the first quarter of 2017.
