The University of Tennessee Board of Trustees Audit and Compliance Committee is scheduled to meet Nov. 29. The meeting will begin at 2 p.m. EST/ 1 p.m. CST at Adams and Reese, 424 Church Street, Suite 2700, in Nashville. Members of the committee unable to be present in person will be allowed to participate by telephone.

Chancellors at University of Tennessee campuses presented justification for their decisions to opt out of contracted facilities management services to the UT Board of Trustees on Friday.
The meeting of the full board will begin at 1 p.m. EDT on Nov. 3 in the Hollingsworth Auditorium on the UT Institute of Agriculture campus. The meeting will be webcast live and archived for later viewing.
The Executive and Compensation Committee will meet at 1 p.m. EDT/ 12 p.m. CDT with members participating by teleconference, followed by the Trusteeship Committee Meeting at about 2 p.m. EDT/1 p.m. CDT.
The University of Tennessee Board of Trustees will participate in a workshop beginning at 10 a.m. CDT at Embassy Suites hotel at Vanderbilt in Nashville.
