UT Board of Trustees Holds Fall Meeting Oct. 8-9 in Knoxville

KNOXVILLE—The University of Tennessee Board of Trustees will meet Oct. 8-9 in Knoxville.

The meeting of the full board will begin at 1 p.m. EDT, Friday, Oct. 9, in Hollingsworth Auditorium on the UT Institute of Agriculture campus.

The Board of Trustees meeting will be webcast live and archived for later viewing. A link to the webcast will be available at tennessee.edu.

Agenda items include:

• Honorary resolutions
• President’s report
• FY15-16 compensation for University Officers reporting to the president
• FY15-16 compensation of other senior administrators
• Compensation for President DiPietro over the new four-year term of his employment agreement, FY15-19
• Evaluation of performance and determination of retention payments under the performance and retention plan, FY13-15
• Proposal for a performance-based variable compensation plan for University Officers
• Amendment of the rule on use of University property
• Revision of the UT Knoxville student code of conduct
• Report of the Audit Committee
