UT Day on the Hill 2016

NASHVILLE – Members of the Tennessee House and Senate will divide into teams and compete in a football passing contest to cap off UT Day on the Hill, an annual event to promote legislative awareness of the University’s statewide impact. The contest will take place at noon CST on Feb. 17 in War Memorial Auditorium.

Tennessee Vols starting quarterback Joshua Dobbs will coach the legislative teams while UT Knoxville alumnus and sports radio host for Nashville’s 104.5 The Zone Chad Withrow will serve as the announcer.

Editors and News Directors:

To cover the live event, enter through the main entrance to War Memorial Auditorium. Recommended parking includes the open lot directly across from the Capitol Boulevard Building facing 6th Avenue and in the Nashville Public Library garage. Parking also may be available at the Sheraton Downtown hotel – but at a higher rate.
