KNOXVILLE – A meeting of the Special Committee on University of Tennessee Athletics Programs of the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees will be held by teleconference on Thursday, Sept. 12.
The teleconference will originate from Andy Holt Tower’s 8th floor conference room, located at 1331 Circle Park Drive in Knoxville beginning begin at 3:30 p.m. EDT/2:30 p.m. CDT. Some or all members of the committee will participate remotely.
Items on the agenda are:
- Minutes of the last meeting
- Board policy on oversight of intercollegiate athletics
- Mission statements for the athletics departments at UTC, UTK, and UTM
- Discussion of remaining action items relating to the charge of the committee
