Public Notice:  UT Board of Trustees to Hold Special Meetings on Sept. 8

KNOXVILLE – The University of Tennessee Board of Trustees will hold special meetings beginning at 9 a.m. EDT/8 a.m. CDT on Sept. 8 with members participating virtually.

Meetings are scheduled as follows:

• Friday, Sept. 8
  • 9 a.m. EDT – Education, Research and Service Committee
  • 9:30 a.m. EDT – Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees meeting time is approximate. The meeting may start earlier or later than expected and will immediately follow the conclusion of the preceding committee meeting.

Agenda items include, but are not limited to:

• Admissions policy proposal
• Proposed building naming (UT Knoxville)
• Update from the president

The agenda and materials for each of the special meetings are available at: https://trustees.tennessee.edu/upcoming/. The meetings will be webcast live and archived for later viewing; a link to the webcast will be available at tennessee.edu.
