In a special called meeting, the Board of Trustees approved changes to the campuses’ student codes of conduct and changes to a policy applicable to faculty to comply with new Title IX regulations released by the U.S. Department of Education in May.
The meeting will be held virtually with all Board members participating electronically or by telephone. Interested individuals are encouraged to watch the meeting online.
When the barn murals are completed at the end of this month, they will stand as the campaign’s fourth and fifth installments and two fresh reminders of the impact UT has on the state of Tennessee.
In approving the COVID-19 and Guiding Principles for Fall 2020 resolution, trustees authorized the UT administration to take the necessary actions to have in-person instruction for the fall semester.
