The University of Tennessee President’s Council will hold its fifth annual showcase and awards dinner on Friday, Feb 1. The dinner recognizes volunteer leaders for service to the University.
The University of Tennessee experienced its best fundraising year to date in 2017-2018, with more than 64,000 alumni and friends contributing more than $397 million. The total was up more than $176 million from 2016-2017.
The meeting of the full board will begin at 1 p.m. CDT on March 23 at the UT Health Science Center campus. The meeting will be webcast live and archived for later viewing.
In the fall issue, UT experts discuss the future of Tennessee through the water running across and under the state. As that water goes, so goes the future for the people who depend on it.
