The newly-constituted University of Tennessee Board of Trustees held its organizational meeting today in Nashville to select a chair and establish committee memberships.
The University of Tennessee experienced its best fundraising year to date in 2017-2018, with more than 64,000 alumni and friends contributing more than $397 million. The total was up more than $176 million from 2016-2017.
The University of Tennessee Board of Trustees today approved the record fourth year of low tuition increases, including two campuses remaining flat.
On June 5, the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees Audit and Compliance Committee will consider a recommendation by UT President Joe DiPietro to approve a separation agreement and payment of $1.33 million to former UT Knoxville Chancellor Beverly Davenport.
