The Executive Committee will meet virtually at 9 a.m. EDT/8 a.m. CDT on May 7.
Cross has been with the UT Institute of Agriculture for 27 years, leading UTIA since 2016. Prior to that, he served as dean of UT Extension from 2008 to 2016 and assistant dean from 2001 to 2006.
The newly adopted rule requires vaccinations for measles, mumps and rubella, chicken pox, meningococcal disease and hepatitis B, but does not mandate vaccinations for influenza or COVID-19.
