Lybrand, currently associate vice chancellor for treasury at the University of North Texas System, was selected following a national search. The UT Board of Trustees will consider Lybrand’s appointment during its Feb. 25 meeting.
The UT System has selected Oracle to provide the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. During the past year, UT staff from across the system have been working to identify a replacement for IRIS.

Padilla, who has led information technology departments in government and higher education, will begin his duties on Nov. 1.
